4sync crashes after recent March 2103 update

 

After the latest update during March, 2013, noticed a runtime error as follows

Runtime error 216 at 12FC4BE had something to do with the explorer http://support.microsoft.com/kb/259279

And from the Event Viewer, the error shows the faulting module name is ShellMenu.dll

 

 

Initially, tried to install but failed with several crashes

Had to install the app and then remove it successfully.
