In my last session we talked about grit; "grit" is the main focus character one needed in order to succeed. Grit is passion and perseverance for very long-term goals. Grit is having stamina. Grit is sticking with your future, day in, day out, not just for the week, not just for the month, but for years, and working really hard to make that future a reality. Grit is living life like it's a marathon, not a sprint.
However, apart from having grit; sometimes life doesn't follow the way you want it to be and you end up in some other environment or obstacles, This comes the 2nd character needed which is called "adaptability"; the ability to change and adjust yourself with the surroundings and environment that you're facing even though you're not that familiar. You have to adapt yourself and go along or be in that environment with the given circumstances. people without adaptability would have a low chance of survival or end up being frustrated because they haven't got what they haven't got to survive in that environment.
Finally, the last character that I believe that you want to have is "creativity". Since, if even though you are able to adjust yourself in that new environment and but you're not creative you'll end up to end up suffering and not being able to move yourself out from that environment. Being creative would enable you to either move out from the environment or progress in that environment and make new things happen because if you don't have creativity, you would still end up do the same things the same way that the previous generation has done.
So in summary I would say, not only do you need to have grit in order to succeed, but you also have to have adaptability in order to change when the environment changes and fi
